Frequently asked questions
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and make sure AnimalLens has camera access. If another app is using the camera, close that app and try again in AnimalLens.
Leave the current camera screen and open it again. If the issue continues, fully close and reopen AnimalLens, and confirm that the system Camera app works normally. Include your device model and iOS version when reporting the issue.
The live camera screen provides only the front camera and primary rear camera. Tap the camera-switch button to move between them.
No. In the current version, camera frames are processed in real time on your device to create visual effects and analyze the color at the center of the viewfinder. They are not saved or uploaded.
AnimalLens does not provide an in-app language switch. The interface and support page automatically use Chinese or English based on the system language.
