1. What is the app?

StarSprout is a short-session brain-training adventure with memory, number sense, logic, science, language, and systems-thinking challenges. Chapter 1 is free to try; a one-time purchase permanently unlocks Chapter 2 and future premium content, with no auto-renewal.

2. Why is Chapter 2 still locked?

Open Parent Center, complete the parental gate, and check the purchase status. If you already purchased it, connect the device to the internet and choose “Restore Purchases.” Apple processes purchases; billing and refund questions must be handled through Apple’s official support channels.

3. How do I manage a child’s play time?

Parent Center shows usage time and provides healthy-use reminders. Family Mode keeps separate local progress for different members. No account is required; profile nicknames and learning records stay on this device.

4. Why does a page need the internet?

The game itself works offline. The Privacy Policy, User Agreement, and Support page are hosted by Notion and need an internet connection when opened. Notion may process the IP address, device or browser technical information, cookies, and ordinary server logs needed to deliver its page under its privacy policy.

5. Privacy and child safety

The current version has no advertising, open chat, or behavioral analytics and does not actively collect legal names, contact details, precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone content. Purchase validation uses anonymous RevenueCat purchase identifiers and does not receive local learning records. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Feedback and privacy requests

Feedback about challenge difficulty, translations, accessibility, or crashes is welcome. Parents may email [email protected] to request access, deletion, or other privacy assistance; requests are handled under applicable law and Apple and RevenueCat retention rules.
